Pressurized system with 250# nitrogen. Unable to find any external leaks using bubble solution. Let unit sit for 30 minutes and system held pressure at 250#. Installed a dye drier and recharged system with 170g R134a. Advised to allow 24hrs before temps are back to normal.

I started by emptying the unit of water with my shop vac. As it would not drain on its own. I removed the drain pump and found that the impeller was frozen and would not turn. "Customer reported FF section temperatures were climbing yesterday, upwards of 50F and unit was beeping and flashing a wrench. On arrival today both sections matched set point, around 0F and 37F. No wrenches were in the display and using service diagnostics, no fault codes were stored in the controls. Auto test did not indicate any problems. Both compressors are operational, both evaporator fan motors and condenser fan motor running strong. I did clean the condenser today as it was due for cleaning, however, most likely that would not have caused one section to stop cooling. Advised customer to keep an eye on the unit and call for service if issue returns. All checks OK at time of service."

"Got to this unit to find that the customer was stating that this unit was not filling up with water. Immediately started testing the unit and found no error codes. No error codes were found started to run an automatic test. Automatic test did not show any issues whatsoever. Because of this, had a decent conversation with the customer to make sure there was no other discrepancies with the way that they were operating the machine and discovered that the customer had a few issues with how they had been starting and stopping this unit. Was able to clarify a lot of this information for the customer and hopefully will no longer have problems from what I see here today.collected for service call only today. "Sr#7739796273 got to this unit to install new cooktop hinges, and one other screw to complete the framework of the cooktop upper. Had a little difficulty getting the cooktop off as this is slightly a new design and had difficulty getting to the rear secure. Was able to call tech line and get some assistance getting this unit apart and back together. Once done so tested to find that the front door is opening and closing, more like it should and more like it was designed. As well as cooktop in good position no longer having gaps where the glass was no longer adhesed to the cooktop. All parts are working correctly. Job complete."
