"Got back to this unit today and installed new ACU. After installation ran a quick cycle as to try to re-create the issue we were having. On previous cycles tested the unit could barely make it through with a lighter load of towels saying that it had a suds condition. These tests had no detergent added to them, nor was there any suds seen during the wash portion of the cycle. This was the reason for getting this computer and testing now. With this testing on the quick cycle, found that the unit was able to complete the cycle without issue. This one was somewhat out of balance to begin with so I believe this was a good test for this. Unit was able to complete the cycle as it had not previously. This was a great indication that the unit wants to move forward and should have no further issues known at this time. Ask customer to please start doing some laundry so that we could find this confident fix or not."

Got this unit and found that the water was having trouble coming into this unit. Finding full voltage going to the valve. Tested and found that the harness is in good condition. Only seeing issue with the Coldwater side of the valve. Was able to replace this part and test. No further issues found at this time. job complete

SR7739786942 After trying water fill test as unit would only energized for a half a second we tried new one with no results so called techline and found you have to test 96 before 97 or unit will not work properly according to the software so put everything back together and put new icemaker in and filled fill cups and advised customer to monitor ice production

Found an determined that the motor that attached to the shaft had been rounded off, and the shaft had also been affected by this so indeed replaced all parts that were needed here. Was able to come back to this unit and install new diffuser. After installation ran test to show customer that the unit was no longer making the noise. Indeed this was the case. Unit working correctly no further issues found at this time. Job complete.

Replaced Icemaker and installed a spare light assy in the unit for the cust job complete

Got back to this unit to install new freezer door. After confirmation that the door was in good shape. Was able to exchange parts necessary for swapping out the door. Unit needed the gasket heated slightly to proper ceiling. No further issues found. Job complete.

Installed new valve as customer agreed to install it but he will need to remove his additonal water filter at the back of the fridge he insisted had good water flow... he will need to fix that himself

Installed new suspension and leveled feet as the floor is uneven also with the drain line 2 feet above the back of the washer going out the wall could be leaving access water in unit it may need to be designed for the waher if further isusses occur attaching pics to ticket

Replaced hinge valve and pressure switch confirmed unit filled with water and put water through the bleach area. Also replaced hinge and confirmed door operating properly.

Got back to this unit unit and was able to install new door tested operation of door and remove plastic. Put new handle on connected properly. All parts and pieces appear to be working correctly. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find it not responding to starting cycles not responding to diagnostics was unable to run any sort of testing. Unit would not fill with water drain water, agitate or spin. Was at some point during the trials able to get into the diagnostics. And was having lots of issues trying to get any functions to work correctly. Tried resetting the computer tried calibrations diagnostics and individual parts to turn on and off. None of this was fruitful. Had to start looking at all components and electronic parts to confirm visual inspection and no visible issues. Started at the top and worked my way down. Was unable to find any discrepancies with the wiring in the top end. All plugs were connected securely. Further investigation on the bottom of the unit all wires to be intact and no visible issues found. Checking further found that the plug had come out of the drain pump itself. With the drain pump plug out of the drain pump this unit would not move forward during any testing. Once this was plugged back in was able to run diagnostics and get all portions and parts of this unit to be working correctly now. Ran enough testing to make me feel comfortable and leaving this unit this way. The drain pump electrical plug was secure when plugged back in. It is unclear how this occurred but the unit is now working correctly. job complete.

"Found water valve leaking into icemaker, causing the fill tube to freeze in a block of ice and the demise of the icemaker. I removed and replaced the faulty water valve. I then used my steamer to clear the fill tube That was solid. I removed and replaced the icemaker. Ran the icemaker diagnostics check temperature and all functions check OK. Job complete.

We removed and replaced the Magnatron capacitor and diode. Unit was very tight installation vented outdoors. Insured ventilation was connected back properly and properly sealed with a aluminum foil tape. All functions now check OK. Job complete.

"Found the units drive motor failed, unable to achieve rotation of the drum without manual assistance, overheating strong electrical burning odor. Additionally, found excessive slack of the door switch, prelude to failure. Due to primary failure and unit condition as a result of environment age and normal use, no less than a new drive motor, blower wheel, dryer maintenance kit including new roller supports idler wheel and drive belt will be needed to correct. Installation of a new door switch would also be advised. Additional component issues and/or failures may be found through disassembly. Due to the unit age, condition and expected cost to repair the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time. Service complete."

"When I arrive today, the unit is still located inside a very, very hot garage. Customers complaint was that the fresh food side was not as cold as it was when the unit was located inside the house. I opened the fresh food side, and it was cold. In fact, her thermometer she had placed on the shelf in there was registering at 41?. No frost accumulation on evaporator cover. All fans were working as they should. Freezer temperature air damper was set to coldest to minimize airflow into fresh food section and keep the majority of the cold air in the freezer section. Based upon that, the temperature reading and the location of this unit it is working perfectly as it should. I explained to her The situation and told her to keep the setting back at ideal position so that more cold air would flow into the fresh food section. I also explained to her that being in that environment makes it very difficult for the unit to evacuate heat. I explained to her this refrigerator was designed to be inside of a temperature control environment and not inside a garage. And that she could expect the prior performance if she brought it back inside the house in a temperature controlled environment. no problems found today. Job complete.

"Found ice maker not cycling, put unit into diags and found no error codes. Ran ice maker harvest test and it passed, then ran ice maker fill test and it filled with water. Unit does seem to be operational customer to advise.

"On arrival the customer had advised the unit had resumed normal operation however, requested diagnostic testing be conducted as a precautionary measure. F3-E6 (Moisture Sensor Open) F2-E1 (UI Stuck Button) & F4-E3 (Restricted Airflow) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Unit ran through diagnostic auto test, sensor test, UI functions test and normal cycle operations. All unit test and operations check good at time of service. Unable to duplicate reported failure. Customers description of failure suggests an intermittent stuck key fault and/or communications failure between the HMI and ACU control. Customer instructed to continue normal use of the unit. Should failure reoccur, advised power cycle be conducted at the homes circuit breaker. Should failure continue, installation of a new HMI panel would likely be the first course of action to correct.

"When I arrived, the evaporator was encased a solid block of frost. I used my steamer to defrost the entire evaporator, periodically stopping to use my shop vac and empty the contents of the drip pan underneath the unit to prevents leaks onto customers floor. I then found a faulty, defrost heater assembly. I removed and replaced it with the new updated part from truck stock. Lastly I used my shop vac to empty up the contents of the drip pan underneath the unit to prevent leaking onto the customers floor. Re-assembled unit. All functions. Job complete.

Installed new gearcase and while taking aparrt we found unit needed dog bites for the agitator so we replaced those also and tested unit and customer is happy
