"Following repair service by another service company, found the FC drawers had not been properly installed hindering drawer function and preventing seal between the FC door gasket and cabinet allowing for frost accumulation within the FC interior. No physical damage found throughout inspection. Units FC door and drawers uninstalled and all ice / frost accumulation cleared. All components properly installed and secured in position. All unit operations to include proper drawer function and door seal now check good. Customer to advise.

"Prior to service the customer had cleared the RC defrost drain effectively correcting the originally reported water leak issue. However, an issues pertaining to the ice maker exists. Customer states, the units ice maker previous installed in 2019 had originally worked without fault and/or water leaks for no less than six months or before a large ice mass had developed originating from the ice maker water fill tube locking the ice bin and all shelves below in position. After initial failure the customer had turned off ice production and has not a resumed ice maker operation sinse. Inspection has found the ice maker water fill cup and all ice cubes segments clear of ice and/or obstruction. Found the ice maker water fill cup water deflector has moved from the seated position at right to the front of the water fill cup. Issue had originally occurred when low water pressure issues were present with the original RO water system. Original failure likely caused by low water pressure which had failed to seat the inlet water valve allowing for continuous water flow before the valve had eventually been able to close. The homes RO water system has since been replaced with a new unit. Ice maker water deflector reinstalled in position and ice maker completed harvest cycle without fault and/or water leaks. Customer to monitor advise should further service be required.

"Go to the unit to find no error codes presented. Ran automatic tests and could find no issues at this time. Ran a normal cycle with clothes in it. This was to determine the squeal or squeak that the unit had. Was unable to reproduce the noises that the customer has portrayed. Due to this, give the information to the customer of recording if this happens again on a phone or some device so that we have more information to go off of for trying to help fix this issue. Ran calibration as last portion went off without any issue. No issues found at this time. Job complete."

"Found refrigerator door, scraping against toe panel when opening and closing. Found refrigerator door was not properly shimmed. I placed the shim at the bottom of the door instead of at the top of the door. Now door has proper clearance for swinging open and closed. Job complete."

"Found the units cabinet foam insulation compromised due to severe moisture saturation rear of the ice room assembly. Failure has resulted in excessive damage to the cabinets rear exterior panel with rust through, ice buildup and moisture accumulation. Confirmed proper airflow and evaporator frost pattern at the ice room, ice room updated not needed at this time. A Frigidaire *Rear Panel Kit (PN: 5303918657) has been developed to address this issue however, is a means to slow progression, not a repair. Due to the units age and cost for installation of the Frigidaire recommend *Rear Panel Kit, the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time.

Checked unit ops found unit not dispensing water due to filter was not all the way in its proper position for water to enter filter secured filter in proper position and tested unit and bleed air out of lines everything is working as designed at this time.

Inspected unit and determine the drain pan in the RC evap was frozen with ice therefore leaking water in the refrigerator. Defrosted all the ice from the evap coil and cover and drain pan. Cleared also the Ptrap and is is now draining properly. Job complete.

"Found unit temperatures and ice production have resumed as normal since initial reported failure. Inspection has found multiple bags of frozen food product at the FC lower door shelf which had been contacting and pushing against the lower FC pull out bin which very well may have been the original cause of the reported no cool condition. Additionally, the customer has also reported ice dispensing failure wherein when the ice dispenser paddle is actuated no sound and/or function occurs. Through inspection found the units auger motor failed, voltage supplied when actuated, no motor function. Due the units age of +15yrs and cost of a new auger motor replacement, the customer has opted not to advance with installation of a new auger motor but has agreed to the installation of an exact replacement auger motor from miscellaneous truck stock previously pulled from exchange. *Note: Miscellaneous motor sold at 50% savings carries a six month part warranty only. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer advised on presumed cause of cooling failure in attempt to prevent reoccurring issue. Customer to advise.

"Got to the unit and ran testing to find that the unit valve works properly and is sending water into the machine. Both cold and hot are working properly. This appears to be an issue of possibly not explaining the procedures quite right to the customer. This customer was unable to make the Deepwater selection, even after being informed on how to do so. This took a little extra explanation to ensure customer abilities on selecting different cycles and making the unit work for them. All testing has shown this unit is working properly and customer just needed a little more coaching to make this work the way they want and the way they need. Job complete."

"Due to the slow nature of occurring water leak requiring an excess of one hour to trigger the units float switch resulting in displayed fault and operational failure, unable to positively identify origin. However, due to water accumulation within the base pan dividing segments, water leak is likely originating from either the wash pump motor and/or a pin holes within the lower tank as a result of rust through due to imperfections in the stainless steel alloy, which if found to be the cause would deemed the unit non-repairable. Customer has opted not to advance with further repair service as the expense to repair would likely be better served towards the purchase of a replacement unit. Customer to advise"
