"Found the units evaporator encapsulated and heavy frost accumulation preventing airflow resulting in warmer unit temperatures. Unit ran through diagnostic testing finding and/or reporting no component failures. Units defrost heater circuit fully functional through testing. All ice and frost cleared from the evaporator. Multimeter testing conducted confirming the defrost sensor within range. Units defrost sensor secured for better thermal transfer. Reoccurring defrost failure likely the result of a communications fault of the main control, failing to initiate defrost cycles through normal operation. New main control supplied by pre-ID installed. Unit again ran through diagnostic testing confirming full component operations. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

After uninstalling unit found drain line pinched at the water inlet valve and would not let any water get through from how installers put it... rerouted drain line under and from the back so unit can be pushed back into place with no kinks.. Unit is now draining like it should
