"Got to this unit to hear, vibrating noise whenever you would change the positioning of the refrigerator slightly rolling forward and back would cause this to come and go. After rolling out completely, the noise would go away. Pull the rear cover off the unit to find the pressure line, pushing against the bottom of the cavity of the unit. Was able to take one of the isolators from another place that was not necessary and put it on this line to keep it from making noise against the bottom of the unit. After this was done, no longer heard the noises. Put the unit back together and rolled back into place did not hear this vibrating noise anymore. Time will be the true tell tale. Job complete."

Got back to this unit and was met by the dryer vent cleaning service. Dryer vent service went on top of the roof and re-verified that the ductwork is clean and clear. This gentleman did show me the pictures as well. Heard from the customer that this unit was still giving the same error code. Got into the unit and performed more testing found that the wire harness to the unit is showing proper continuity. Did replace the moisture sensor pigtail harness. It is believe that the resistance was incorrect coming from this. Unit did not show any discrepancies after this installation. Customer to let us know if this unit unit is still misbehaving.

"Got to this unit to find error code E24 motor lost home position on the icemaker. After trying to get unit to actually function and it would not gave customer estimate for the icemaker to be replaced. Was approved to move forward and did so. After icemaker was replaced tested to find that the maker is able to, move around and do its job as far as testing goes. Also found unit was able to deliver water to the maker as well. No further issues with icemaker found. Right at the end of the service call made mention of the lights not working and had to replace one of the models in the freezer to get back working correctly. Confirmed warmer than normal temperatures upon arrival. Found unit has defrost issue due to evaporator being iced over. Entered diagnostic mode and energized heater for defrost. Found heater not energize due to brown wire. Head backed out of plug. Reattached brown wire and confirmed defrost heater working properly now. Estimate declined at this time to replace heater/harness assembly.

Got to this unit and spoke with the customer about the issues being seen here with this condensation on the top of the freezer door at this point. Discuss with the customer the reasons why we possibly are seeing these issues. Was able to get into diagnostics and change the Mullion strip to be on all the time. This should help alleviate any condensation rolling down to this part. This is a wait-and-see situation to see whether or not this will improve our issue or not. Believe the next step if this does not help to be replacement of the freezer door. Customer to let us know on the performance of this unit

Got to this unit and was able to install new handle. With new handle installed and screws tightened was able to install other screws into the front facia which allowed all parts of the door to tighten up. Unit is correct and tight now. Job complete.
