As the customer rarely uses the downdraft, they have requested the unit simply be set in the down position. Downdraft lowered per request.

"Inspect the unit and determine the LED light modular on the freezer was faulty, therefore affecting all other lights. Install new LED light modular on the freezer and now all the lights work properly job complete.

Got to the unit to find that the socket holding the under counter light was receiving 120 vac at all times. This was due to faulty control board. Gave customer estimate for replacing control board. Customer approved. Replaced control board and tested to find that the unit is now working properly. Customer had brand new bulb to put into the unit. Used customers bulb. Job complete.

"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Full inspection of the unit has found no component damages and/or obvious signs of failure. Balance ring, suspension installation, etc. check good. Confirmed the unit level with secure platform. Unit ran through diagnostic calibration cycle, component load testing, etc. without fault and/or water leaks with exception to a knocking sound originating from the cabinet interior during spin cycle at mid speed. Found noise issue due to flex between the plastic drain hose retainer and the rear cabinet panel. Noise issue only, not operational. Secured to correct. All unit tests and operations check good at time of service. No functional failures found. Customer is well informed on and practicing proper Use & Care for optimal performance and wash results. Customer does not believe the unit to be faulty or operating other than designed however has been overall disappointed with the performance, lack of flexibility and wash results of this top load washer vs prior experience with front load units. "Condensation is forming on top of freezer door gasket. This is an older couple that seldomly opens the door. In fact, three times a day. I increase freezer temperature to 5? and went into service diagnostics Service test # 40 I changed the setting from 01 sensor mode on to 02 sensor mode of and heater on 100% of the time to help minimize condensation buildup. I explained that this will not resolve it 100% as humidity factors in the home and how often the freezer is opened Will have an effect on this. Freezer gasket gets extremely cold from not being opened regularly and condensation from the humidity inside the home will form on top. All additional functions checked OK. Job complete."

Bolt came loose from the bottom of the cam assy tightened bolt leveled washer and instr cust about operation of the washer unit checks out ok

Complaint no cool in refrigerator section. Found ice build up in air ways from the freezer to the refrigerator section. Evaporator frost pattern looks great. Cleared iced up airways. Customer will advised if units problems occur again. All other ops look good.

"Customer complaint unit is tripping breaker and customer said she had electrician out. Found no error codes its unit, and ran unit with and without water and food, unit is not tripping the breaker. Unit is heating, fans are running, and lights are on. Could not find any errors or faults. Advised customer to get electrician out again if problem occurs.

"On arrival found both sections not cooling, no fans, compressor, dispenser, etc. Found pantry UI shorted and full of water. Disconnected UI and was able to get unit cooling. Customer has decided to hold off on replacing pantry UI (WPW10503833) and will run the unit with that display unplugged. Advised pantry section will have no temperature control but should continue to run. Mrs will monitor and advise."

Checked unit ops customer said that food is freezing on top shelf and on bottom put unit into diagnostic tested control.damper. Control damper tested bad replaced control damper on unit and also tested thermistor in ff food section it checked good. everything checks good at this time.

Checked the unit. Observed frost build up on the freezer door. Found a gap in the gasket seal on the top of the freezer door. Heated the gasket and re sealed the gap. Unit checks okay. Advised cx to leave freezer door closed for an hour to let the gasket form.

"Found a leak on the dryer joint. Repaired it. Vacuumed the system, confirmed no leaks. Charged the unit with 56g of r600. Unit operates as designed.

Inspected unit and determined it was a Freon leak on the tubing going down to the dryer repaired tube. Vacuum system for 25 minutes recharge system with correct amount of refrigerant 68grams R600a. Unit is now cooling and the pressures are steady at -4 on the low side road. Job complete.

Diagnosed unit and found leaking water line going from the main inlet valve the filter housing. Repaired water line and tracked it tightly and securely to the inlet water valve. It is now working properly and not leaking any more. Job complete.

When I arrived at home snow was accumulated all over the icemaker and ice bin area found door seal not sealing on left side of freezer causing a air gap adjusted door lubricated left and right rails door glides shut now and the icemaker bail was in the up position pushed bail down and held in light switch icemaker cycled dumped ice and filled with water cleared snow from around icemaker unit working

Cust had refrigerator defrosted installed new harness and thermister

"Installed new compressor after finding out it locked up after about 15-20 minutes recharged and 64 g of refrigerant went to plug unit back into wall and unit tripped the breaker before any power got to the system moved fridge across the apartment plugged in and confirmed unit ran perfectly fine. Notified establishment that they need to have an electrician come out and change the breaker

Asjusted leveling foot all ops test ok also adjusted door seals with heat gun.

Refrigerator freezer frosted up around left front liner due to stiff gasket and fish mouthI heated up the gasket with a hair dryer to soften up and sealed good now

"Unit ran through diagnostic testing, confirming operational failure due to a faulty run capacitor. New run capacitor from truck stock (PN:W11395618) installed to correct. Unit again ran through diagnostic testing as well as initial Drain & Spin cycle without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations now check good. Customer to continue normal use and advise.

"Found debris in drain pump, removed and all checks okay. Also possible sudsing issue. Advised customer of detergent usage as well.

"Complaint unit goes out of balance and makes a scraping noise. Found that the suspension rods were weak and that the cam assembly was going bad. Customers want to replace unit.

Complaint unit is making loud noise and not cooling. Went into diagnostics test 3 to find that the Evap fan motor was making that loud noise. Found that the Evaporator was not frosted up and had just came out of defrost. Had to reposition the Evap fan motor due to it being positioned awkwardly. Put the unit back together retested unit on test 3 and found no noise. All ops good. If problem reoccurs going to need to order Evap motor/harness W11603851.

"Bad belt found, removed and replaced the belt and the idler.

"LF / F8-E1 (Long Fill), F5-E2 ( Door Lock Error), F9-E2 (Pump Drive System Error), F6-E1 (Serial Communication Error) recorded in unit history. Initial inspection has found the units rubber door bellow hardened and contacting the unit spin basket resulting in friction and resistance through cycle operation. Found only minor obstructions i.e. a few coins within the drain bellow and drain pump filter catch. Unit ran through diagnostic auto test finding intermittent drain pump motor function with excessive vibration resulting in excessive noise issues. No less than a new door bellow and drain pump assembly would be needed to correct. Due to recorded faults and customers description of failure, additional component failures may exist i.e. MCU, ACU, ect. Some parts of which have been discontinued and are NLA. Due to the units age, condition and cost of repair. The customer has opted not to advance with repair service at this time. Customer to advise. Quote listed is for estimate only. The unit would make an unusual sound at the end of a spin. I found that the screw that secures the rotor in place was missing causing this to occur. The slider kit Comes with a new rotor screw so I installed a new slider kit. I tested all functions including a DLMS calibration and the unit now checks ok job complete

Tech replaced faulty board with new . Tested unit in rinse/spin cycle. All checks good

"Entered diag, found F5E2 error code for a lid lock fault. Tested the lid lock in manual test unsuccessfully. Took the top apart to inspect the board, found a loose harness connection for the lid lock resecured the wire harness. Ran a calibration in diag. Retested the component successfully. Unit operates as designed."

Changed out the noisey damper assembly. Unit it now operates as designed.

Tech checked unit and found copper lines covered in sulphur ( black copper lines) which is causing unit to slowly lose its Freon . Advised cust problem is not repairable and recommended to replace.
