"Initial inspection has found no component failures and/or damages. Units spin basket secure, no wobble. Unit ran through diagnostic auto test finding the reported noise issue occurring through high speed spin only. Not related to the rear tub bearing. Further inspection has found a metal underwire trapped between the spin basket and outer tub assembly. Units heater element removed allowing for access and removal of the obstruction. Came to check pressures and it is reading correctly. Its at 20 psi. Low side . And when we open the door for 5 minutes pressure went down to 15psi. Spoke to Vince about this ongoing issue only thing we can think of is maybe the relay to the compressor is weak causing the compressor not to kick on when its suppose too. Dryer receptacle is old and does not hold the dryer cord plug in place tightly. Therefore the machine is not receiving proper voltage due to the failed dryer receptacle. I was able to to bend the dryer cord pins out slightly so that they make a temporary connection inside so that the unit works temporarily. I explain to the customer that this Needs to be addressed by a licensed electrician immediately and have the dryer receptacle replaced. Theres no guarantees on how long this temporary fix may last. I Advise the customer of that. Job complete.

"Got to the unit to find that the spring on the left-hand side had come loose, allowing for the basket to move around in undesired locations. Was able to get the spring back on its perch. "Got to the unit to find that the dryer was perfectly level. This was keeping clothes items off of the moisture sensor. Intern, because of this, the unit was shutting down prematurely before the clothes were getting properly dried. Because of this fact was able to adjust rear feet, to create a small incline to the unit to facilitate close, hitting the moisture sensor at all times. This unit has no restrictions in the vents that I see of at this time. With Thermo sensor, tested the unit to find temperature is no higher than, 240?. This is normal operating temperature at the highest setting.

Incoming voltage to dryer is 0 V. There is a Generac generator interface labeled Dryer just above the circuit breaker that has no power LED indicating working status. The interface directly to its left labeled range does have the red LED illuminated and the range is working. I metered voltage at the terminal block of the dryer. Customer will call licensed electrician to resolve issue. Job complete.
