"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that cubed ice would not come out of the dispenser. But the crushed ice would. This immediately took me to the bin and coupler situation. Immediately found that the coupler inside the door mating to the ice bin was worn in One Direction and was so sloped that it would not ever catch a gear going the opposite direction. Was able to put new coupler in and reinstall all parts necessary to test. Testing showed that the auger was able to move in both directions now. Put ice into the bin for further testing and confirmed operation. No further issues seen at this time, unit producing ice and able to dispense now Job complete

"Customer concerned that the unit is making a loud buzzing noise and not producing ice properly. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, manually harvested ice maker and monitored. Ice maker harvests fine but during fill I noticed that the water is leaking from the fill tube and down the back wall and accumulating near the evaporator fan, causing noise. Found fill tube slightly twisted, causing gap near the liner for water to leak. Installed new fill tube and sealed with silicone. Cleared ice buildup and tested ice maker fill again and confirmed no more leak. All ops good. Job complete.
