"Found both sections not cooling, lights and fans are operational. Compressor is not running and no power out of inverter board. Could not install a test inverter as the Bosch Inverter is completely different and connects to another control. Advised customer would need to return with new inverter and see if compressor will run, advised I have no way of knowing for sure if the compressor is bad as well without a good inverter. Customer has opted to replace the unit due to age and cost of repair.

Inspected unit and determine 2 orifices were clogged and needed to be cleaned one wire connection needed a fitting. Installed fitting and cleaned out orifices. Tested burners and they all work properly. Job complete.

Complaint unit off balance all the time. I found that the suspension rods were weak and very bouncy. But further inspecting the unit I found that the gearcase was leaking oil down the cam assembly. I let the customer know of my finding and they decided to replace the unit.

Checked unit ops ran unit through a diagnostic test cycle everything is operating as designed pods are getting stuck on bottom of dispenser and upper rack advised customer about issue and advise customer to use powder detergent everything checks good at this time .

Inspected unit and determine the compressor has gotten water in the system from a seal system leak therefore it is contaminated. Will need to replace compressor and then also Find the leak. Advised customer it will it be cost effective since it has no warranty at all. Customer agreed and will buy a new unit.

Installed new main control board in unit and programmed board to specs of unit. Everything checks good at this time.

Units damper control has failed to function through normal operations remaining in the position the damper door was in when exiting diagnostics. Failure as found relates to communications failures between the HV, UI, and Damper controls. Unable to positively identify failure to one, two or all three controls due to inconsistencies in test results. Due to the unit age, condition, decreasing part availability and cost repair the customer has opted not to advance with repair service at this time. Quote listed is for estimate only. Tech checked unit and found compressor rattling off copper tubing In the back of unit. Tech adjusted Freon lines to prevent rattling noises. Tested unit all checks good .

Checked pressure and notice low side was -6 and high +130..looks to have a restriction.. vacuumed system for about 45 minutes to get rid of all the moisture and the recharged system with correct about of refrigerant 56 grams R600a. unit is now cooling properly. Job complete.

Installed all new parts. Tested operation of the unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.

Inspected unit and determine the front right and rear left burners would not ignite. Found the spark electrodes on each burner dirty with debris therefore not sparking the gas into flames. Cleaned out the electrodes and got rid of the debris. Burners are now working properly. Job complete.

"F0-E5 (Off Balance Load), F7-E5 (Shifter Fault) & F7-E7 (Motor Unable to Reach Target RPM) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Unit ran through diagnostic manual load testing confirming failure of the unit mode shifter actuator resulting in excessive wear to the cam assembly. New mode shifter actuator supplied by pre-ID and cam assembly from truck stock installed to correct. Unit ran through calibration cycle, auto test and manual load testing in diagnostics now without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer to advise.
