Got back to this unit and was able to install new door seal that was ordered. After installation of door seal had to heat door gasket in order to conform to the unit. Tested and found after doing so that the new door seal is sealing correctly. Job complete.

Upon arrival i had to cancel out cycle the unit thought it was in... Ran auto test and unit went through all testings normally... Customer explained the unit would not put water in on any cycle...Found customer is still holding start button longer than he should and is trying to cancel cycle without holding it for the amount of time needed... Instructed him on how to push button once and release again and started a cycle and let it fill and confirmed it had cycle from fill to wash... Advised customer if any issues again to call us within 30 days

"Got to this unit to hear from the customer that occasionally we would get excessive noise coming from the freezer section and temperatures were changing erratically around this situation as well. Found and determine that the icemaker filled tube was leaking, giving water down the back inside part of this unit and was making a puddle of water and ice in and around the evaporator motor. This was occurring whenever the unit was making excessive of ice. Was able to install new tube over in addition to fill tube to keep this other issue from occurring any further. After installation of tube checked operation and found to be in good standing now. Job complete.

"Found insulation and multiple wires chewed up, due to rats in the house. Documented with techline, Case #22000145Techline had me call two different warranty companies and I could not get through to either one. I left the case number with the customer and advised them to contact the warranty company as rat damage is not covered. A lot of damage was caused to dishwasher. The whole dishwasher would have to be rebuilt."

"Found the units PTO (Push To Open) door button binding requiring excessive force to release the door from the closed position. Customer reports the unit otherwise fully functional. Found one of the three PTO button securing tabs broken free and resting on the interior bottom panel. Units PTO door button removed, lubricated and reinstalled restoring proper function. Units PTO button securely installed however, should either of the two remaining securing tabs break a new PTO button will be needed (PN: 66337B). Installed new part and informed customer to leave the unit unplugged for 48 hours so the ice can melt. Customer understood. Job complete.

Install new bake burner and temperature sensor. Tested operation of the oven and it is now working and heating properly. Stood there for a while to make sure it kept temperature and it did. Job complete.

Confirmed customer needed a console but when i confirmed that the lady had a console that jenn air sent to them personally... I installed console and charged customer service call and installation as if i used the one sent with us.. Set clock date and connected it to wifi for customer and confirmed everything working like it should now and customer is happy

"Got to this unit and was able to replace dispenser. After replacing dispenser, tested operation of the unit and found significant amount of water coming into this unit where it was not previously. Further testing also has found the unit no longer has error codes after running test cycle found unit to be able to fill and drain without issue. Customer to let us know if further issues occur."

"Got here to this unit to find error code F8E4. This was for the unit having a float switch in the up position where water had come into the tray. Had to clean out the tray before testing once this was cleaned out tested an operation of the unit while cleaning definitely found the unit had detergent in this tray. Further testing could find no leaks. Spoke with the customer about possible issues with usage. Believe that the customer was washing their dishes before putting them into the unit, therefore causing an oversight issue. Gave customer information about how to fix this and what to look for. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

Found broken wire at drain pump... Customer agreed to wire nut which i had a spare wire with the connector from a old harness to give it more slack as he always does a big blanket so it should not pull apart again ... While under there i quickly hooked it up and got all water drain and put unit through regular testings and confirmed unit working like it should
