All listed parts installed per Whirlpool instruct. Unit ran through diagnostic testing and normal heating cycle operations without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required. Original HMI console marked and retained for core return.

"Per the customer the unit had been operating without fault and/or noise issues for about a week following prior service. Customer reports noise issue now occurring during agitation cycles only however, the unit is otherwise fully functional. Physical inspection conducted finding no visible component damage. Lower assembly, tub assembly, agitator, etc. all secure. Unit ran through operational testing. Noise issue is slight and lasts only a second or less but appears to be originating between the main cam pulley and the gearcase transmission. Due to the unit age and condition cost of repair would exceed unit value. As such the customer has opted not to advance with further repair service at this time. Customer to advise."

New ACU and HMI installed. Unit ran through complete diagnostic auto test and initial normal wash cycle now without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required. Original ACU and HMI marked and retained for core return.

"F1-E1 (Internal Oven ACU Failure), F2-E1 (Stuck / Shorted Key) & F2-E0 (Keypad Disconnected) recorded in unit history, cleared prior to testing. Unit ran through both full diagnostic load testing and normal bake cycle operations to 375?F for both the upper and lower ovens without reoccurring fault. In speaking with the customer found the oven door(s) would often be left open after use allowing accumulated heat to escape for a faster cool down. However, such practice allows excessive heat to be transferred directly to both the UI and primary controls which can result in operational failures, recorded faults, etc. Customer instructed on Use & Care to prevent customer driven faults and failures. Customer will continue use as instructed and advise should further service be required.

"As reported found no illumination, tone and or function at the units UI panel. Multimeter testing conducted finding primary operational failure due to a voltage drop at the L1 terminal connection. Only 120VAC standing between L1-L2, 120VAC L2-N, 0.70VAC L1-N (Pictures attached for reference). Power to the unit cycled at the homes circuit panel without change. Customer will need to have a certified electrician address the power supply issue. Customer to call for return service should operational failure persist after proper voltage has been restored. *Note: Power supply to the unit left off at the home circuit panel for safety."
