not senior friendly.. Way overpriced,Wnen called about a cooktop switch erratic. dispatcher said the unit would have to disassembled to test.When tech came he turned swich twice and told me switch is bad,15 sec, repair took 15 min. almost $500.

Service man was excellent but their customer service is lacking. Called the front desk and was told that my dishwasher was a make and model that they repair. Service man comes to house and tells me that it isn't and then charges me a service fee. $167 down the drain!!! No repair and No solution!! The fact that they would charge full price is deplorable. I would confirm, in writing, that they actually service your machine before you call them out! I will not be using their services again.
