"Came to reinspect unit and determine water is not getting into the icemaker. The line was not frozen so when I checked for error codes the icemaker checks out good I ran a test. I forced it to start and it cycled all the way and water. Im thinking the problem is, the valve is faulty so on his own is not sending water to the icemaker. The valve was replaced less than a year ago so we will not charge customer for the part and also for labor since I charged her labor last week and is still not working.shell keep an eye on it. Inspected unit and determine the infrared icemaker bucket board was caught in a hiccup state therefore would not send power to the icemaker. Repaired problem by resetting the board. Icemaker is now working and has requested water. Job complete.

Inspect d unit and determine the main control board was on a hiccup state which was not sending power to the inverter board on the compressor. Reset the main control. Also cleaned out the Ptrap which was clogged therefore not allowing water to go into the drain pan. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job complete.
