tested unit and found it failing to agiate... lifted unit and found acuator had come unplugged... Moved wires to a better location so there was no tension as it may have pulled out or was loose ... Retested unit an started a cycle and watched unit perform as it should

"installed both controls and pump and tested unit and it did not work... Installed new harness and seen evidence of the wires leaving burns on the back of outer tub from the pump shorting out... Tested unit after installing new harness and confirmed unit now working like it should

"Upon arrival Mrs. described problem has over the last month. Shes steadily losing cool, advised her she most likely has a sealed system leak.

Installed new bezel and confirmed unit is all back together like it should and customer told me unit is now working great with no problems since our last visit

Under customer instruct customer will need an electrician as no power into outlet and i proved my point with an hair dryer plugging under the sink and no power than plugging into an outlet near in the kitchen... Than proceding to show customer with an extenstion cord that the dishwasher powers right up from a different outlet... Instructed him to get the outlet checked and possibly the breaker
