"Install new control and tilted unit forward, allowing clothes to move towards the sensor. Ran a load with two wet towels, confirmed unit sensing properly and drying properly. Advise Mr. to call us back if he has any issues.

"Upon arrival, found circuit breaker, was turned off for the dishwasher. After reconnecting power surge unit to normal wash and confirmed unit fills washes and drains properly. Contacted Viking tech-support about issue with unit. Perform diagnostics at control to run self test mode. Per tech-support, fault codes were cleared when circuit breaker was turned off. After unit completed self test mode, no faults were being indicated at control. Unit working as designed at this time. Advised, Miss, plastic ware is extremely difficult to dry. Advise Miss to prop door open after cycle completion(1530 minutes) and to always confirm rinse aid in dispenser.

Installed new UI and confirmed it is now reconizing the doors opening and closing as it should.... Advised customer to monitor unit and contact us if there are any further issues

Sr7738990031 found unit low on refrigerant again called Whirlpool tech line and reported findings received SR number unit is going to PEX
