Installed new control and confirmed unit baking properly and convection fan working

"Confirmed water getting to the single valve, but will not flow out while energized. Replaced water valve and got same results. Through further diagnostics, found check valve was mounted backwards, not allowing water to flow. Repositioned check valve and confirmed water flowing to dispenser and to icemaker. Job complete.

"Arrived to home and tenant is saying that there is no water leak, the water dispenser just isnt working. I told the landlord last visit that she needs a new water filter, which isnt covered under warranty. Called Heather back again and she said she forgot to get a filter.
