"Upon arrival, found evaporator fan and damper door operating properly, but no power being supplied to compressor/condenser fan. Entered control into diagnostics mode and placed unit into test number two (compressor/condenser fan test) found Jazz board, not sending power to compressor and diagnostics. Installed new jazz board and entered 21 for code entry. Confirmed compressor and all components working properly at this time. Advise Mr. to allow 24 hours before temps are back to normal.

Remove seal that was placed in wrong location under freezer gasket. Reinstalled seals at proper location under gasket and advise consumer to monitor unit.

Installed new latch and confirm unit working properly

"Sr7738081043 charged system with nitrogen and lost 2psi in 30 min calledWP tech line and reported findings , also found e5 error code on ice maker . Wp is sending it for non-repairable designation. Due to amount of trips and probable SS leak"
