"Found standing water within the tub, unable to drain with 120VAC supplied to the drain pump motor. All water vacuumed from the unit at the discharge hose confirming unobstructed path for discharge water. With all water cleared unit ran through Drain & Spin cycle confirming proper operation of the drive motor and balance of the tub assembly at high speed spin. Drain failure preventing further operation due to a failed drain pump motor assembly. New drain pump motor needed to correct primary failure found. Due to cost and leadtime for repair the customer has opted not to advance with further service at this time. Customer to advise.

"Refrigerator leaking from freezer drain pan due to clog,I cleared and tested good afterwards.

Per customer both upper and lower ovens are not cooking to their satisfaction. Using my thermocouple in the center of the oven cavity I monitored cycle temperatures and when set to 350F the average oven temperature is 348.83F. Advised about the difference in design with the hidden bake element and allowing extra time to pre-heat to fully allow the oven cavity to fully heat through. Mrs to call customer service. Unit is operating as designed.
