Called whirlpool tech-support and was told if filter housing has been replaced. Filter would be the cause. Water filter considered a consumable item and not covered under warranty. I gave customer, SR number 7738450184(tech line condemning water filter). Advised customer to call whirlpool customer service and give them the SR number for possible filter replacement. "Replaced upper board and dispenser front board, and also dispenser assembly. Removed frost/ice buildup from ice room. Removed ice buildup and cleared drain line from freezer. Evaporator drain pan. Found floor is uneven and was unable to level unit so the front is higher than the back for proper draining. (Levelers, Ive been unscrewed all the way) customer paid labor plus tax with credit card.
