This damper door is having issues enough to where the customer has found that in the process of this issue happening and losing food if she were to give a light knock to the inside of the refrigerator cavity that the damper door would open this has been consistent through several parts exchanged as well as the main computer, because of these issues, call Techline to get this reported discuss with Techline all of the testing issues that we have seen with this unit. Unit is not in the refrigerator section. Techline has deemed this unit non-repairable. Customer to call into new leaf once this bill is submitted to work out the details with that company. Whirlpool has deemed unit repairable no further parts to be changed."

Got to this unit and installed new water valve. Tested and found that the water valve is now working and distributing water on all portions of the tested valve. Collected remaining balance. Job complete.
