"Upon arrival confirmed time setting several hours off. Entered unit into tools menu and confirmed unit is properly connected to Wi-Fi. Notified whirlpool tech-support issue with unit keeping time. Was advised to have consumer download whirlpool app and link phone app with wall oven. Was advised if issue was not corrected to replace consul. Was given Sr 7739047905 for documentation. After consumer linked phone app with unit, the correct time is now being displayed."

Found unit low on refrigerant. Spoke to crisafulli Enterprises elected not to go through with repairs.

Found unit working as designed. Advised Mr. he has 30 to 45 days to call us back if he has any other issues.

"Entered unit into diagnostics and confirm no stored fault codes in system. Perform multiple test and was unable to duplicate issue with unit leaking. Ran multiple test with clear test door and confirmed all spray. Arms are spraying and turning properly. found rinse aid dispenser was set to highest setting (4), possibly causing over suds. Set rinse aid dispenser to number 2. Advise Mr., if unit leaks again, to not empty unit and to call us back out.

Found and replaced burned out bake element. Perform short test and confirmed oven working properly.
