Replaced freezer compressor. Replaced drain pan loop. Vacuumed and recharged with 7 oz r134a. Checked operation pressures were good job complete

Once we uninstalled the units out of the cabinets. We purged water lines to ensure it want a water pressure issue and found very poor water flow coming out of the cold side line. Customer to call plumber

"Found the units defrost drain frozen over allowing defrost water to migrate forward, freeze onto the FC floor pan and leak out in front of the unit. All ice cleared restoring proper drainage of defrost water. Customer to advise.

Replaced disposal job complete

"Found the units glass cooktop UI control and all cooktop elements fully functional through all settings low through high. Operational failure reported by the customer appears to be due to the capacity touch key operation wherein the customer had been quickly tapping function keys rather than applying a momentary press as needed for acceptance of selected function. Customer instructed on Use & Care of the unit to include process for desired settings at the UI. Customer to advise.
