"Got to this one to find that customer reports of water leaking out the right hand side of the unit no real rhyme or reason just occasionally happens. Was trying to reproduce the issue and put the unit into a short defrost to find the unit responding but not necessarily re-creating the issue. Since we were not seeing the problem at hand, but the unit into a long defrost cycle and waited. Unit was still not showing any signs of reproducing the issue. So with much discussion finally left the house. While I was in the midst of doing paperwork, the customer to come out and say hey, its doing it now. got back to the unit and found lots of water on the right hand side of the refrigerator. Pull the unit out and found that the drain hose was disconnected for the freezer side of the unit. This definitely was the issue. Water was running down inside and coming down through the inside of the unit to the right hand side. replace drain hose into correct position and unit should be back to normal operation. Job complete."

"I called tech-support about issue with cubes being stuck in the door shoot. Was advised, consumer, most likely pressing ice, paddle halfway causing a store to open halfway and causing cubes to hang up on ice door (photo attached) was given Sr# 7739007597 for documentation. I made an adjustment on the actuator switch for the ice dispenser so the ice store is fully open when the switch activates. Unit working properly now. Job complete.

"Got to this unit to find indeed it was not heating. Checked power to find full 240 V. Checked for vent restriction and found little to none. Got the back of the unit off and check thermostat high temp sensors and so on. Ended up, finding that the heating element was faulty and had blown. Gave customer estimate for new element and was approved. After installation checked for, indeed we were back to heating.

Got to this unit and replaced left rear burner. After burner installation tested unit found burner to be working properly. No further issues found at this time. Job complete.

"Sr#7738933333 got back to this unit and called Techline. Got this unit documented for having some unexplainable stains on the clothes. On previous visit had seen some what look like damage to the bottom side of the impeller. Had ordered new wash plate for this replaced wash plate with new, also took tub ring off to inspect that there were nothing hiding in between the tub and the basket. Found nothing to speak of there. tested the unit and found all operations to be working properly. Customer to let us know."
