"Found UI panel illumination failure preventing the user from identifying selected cycle and/or cycle options. However, aside from illumination failure the unit is capable of excepting key commands with tone and initiating wash cycle operations without fault and/or water leaks. New UI panel would be needed to correct primary failure found. Due to the units age multiple component parts to include the UI panel need it for repair have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are NLA. Unable to conduct repair due to parts status. POC advised."

"On arrival found the units evaporator fan motor operating above normal sound volume with heavy vibration. Unit temperatures well above setpoint, +55?F within the RC. Further inspection has found ice and frost buildup of the evaporator at the upper 2/3Rds. Normal frost pattern at the lower 1/3rd portion of the evaporator. Diagnostic testing confirmed the units defrost heater circuit functional. Ice and frost buildup at the evaporator may or may not have begun development prior to being switched from a DC to timed defrost setting. All ice and frost cleared from the units evaporator restoring path for airflow. New evaporator fan motor supplied by pre-ID installed eliminating noise and vibration issue. All unit test, operations and sound check good upon completion of service. Customer instructed to monitor unit operations, temperatures, frost development, etc. and advise should further service be required.

Found the units FC upper drawer pulled from the track preventing the FC door from fully sealing allowing for continued air infiltration leading to widespread frost accumulation and ice buildup progressively worsening drawer function and seal over time. Units FC door and drawers removed. All ice and frost accumulation cleared finding no physical damage. All remaining moisture wiped away and all parts reinstalled. Confirmed proper FC door / drawer function through full range of motion and door seal restored. Customer to advise.

New vent hood installed and confirmed fully functional. Customer to advise.

"Found the units sump filter unsecured allowing debris to circulate unrestricted throughout the wash system clogging multiple (most all) spray arm jets causing poor wash results reported. Customer has also recently switched detergents from a tablet to a liquid in attempt to improve wash performance however, may have led to oversuds conditions and possible water detection at the lower base panel leading to flood fault causing continuous run of the drain pump motor until breaking power at the homes circuit panel or allowing enough time to lapse for water at the base pan to evaporate. Customer instructed on Use & Care of the unit to include normal maintenance procedures for optimal results. Customer will continue use of the unit as instructed and advise should further service be required
