Inspected unit and determine the icemaker is working properly. Cycled it and it received water and ready to make ice. Customer stated the last two days its ben making ice again. Temperature in the freezer is good and also in the refrigerator. What could have happen was a piece of ice could have gotten caught between the teeth of the shaft in the icemaker and stopes it from cycling but then eventually it pushing it out. He understood. Job complete.
