Found that the plastic cover for the wires (on the control board )had popped open and was hitting against the tub during spin. Repositioned wire cover door. Lock tabs on both sides appears secure now. Job complete.

"Complaint no heat. I found that the unit had proper voltage. The fuse and the heater checked good. But the thermal cut offs were blown, probably from the lint build up in the unit. I replaced their cut offs with new parts and unit started heating properly.

Installed new evap coil. Vacuumed system for 25 min. Recharged system with correct amount of refrigerant 4.3 ounces R134a. Unit is now cooling property. Job complete.
