"Installed new parts, tested unit and all ops are good. Relieved unit because it was leaning towards the right side. Put unit on a calibration cycle and unit passed. All functions are working properly now. Job complete.

Unit was completely froze up again so steamed all the coils and replace new heater kit along with new thermistor and clip...Also replaced user interface and the diffuser with its two thermistors... replaced everything on unit that would cause the unit to ice up as the customer has had to replace her food 3 times now
