I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received. I’m sorry, but I can’t remember the technicians name but he was so polite and knowledgeable. My refrigerator is working great now. I have nothing but good things to say about the service.

Alex and Brandt’s did everything they could to resolve the issue with my KitchenAid refrigerator. I only wish that Kitchenaid was more cooperative and helpful with getting the job at hand handle. Ok truant happy with Alex and his efforts to get the job done in spite of the parts issues. He never gave up and kept me informed. Thank you to everyone.
