Andy came to install a new disposal the previous technician said we needed because of rust in the six year old disposal. I told Andy as I had told the previous technician that I dropped my favorite paring knife down the disposal when it was on , after turning the disposal off , I retrieved the the knife which had half of the handle gone after searching in the disposal I found half of the handle. The rest I could not find. The first technician still said rust was the problem. When Andy came he found most of the rest of the handle and the disposal worked find. He fixed our issue without needing to install a new disposal when it.

Andy was an amazing, knowledgeable technician who solved the issue for us and we are extremely happy with his service.
