"Found insulation and multiple wires chewed up, due to rats in the house. Documented with techline, Case #22000145Techline had me call two different warranty companies and I could not get through to either one. I left the case number with the customer and advised them to contact the warranty company as rat damage is not covered. A lot of damage was caused to dishwasher. The whole dishwasher would have to be rebuilt."

"Ran unit diagnostics fountain, no immediate faults. Customer did state that there was frost filled up in the freezer and she think she left the door open. I can confirm that the door was left open for more than 15 minutes via GE SmartHQ. I checked every component through diagnostics everything turns on no faults or failures all operations check OK"

Anthony is one of the best techs I had at my home. He was on time and worked very clean. A true professional and knew his job.
The company would get a five, but the office staff has a lot to be desired. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the second woman I dealt with, but she was too condescending and didn't really care about my "inconvenience" (her words). A little training with the office staff would probably help.
