Complaint no cool. I found that the entire back evaporator was frosted up. Also after defrosting the bi metal I found it was not attached to any thing. I reattached the bi metal to the tubing and advised customers to let us know if they continue to have issues.

Complaint duct keeps coming off. I found that the duct was covered in duct tape and was falling apart. I also found that the duct clamp was weak. I replaced the duct and the clamps with new parts. All ops and components are good. Job complete
