"Customer states unit will randomly show Door Open alarm and no interaction with the machine, will stop by itself or by flipping the circuit breaker. Could not reproduce issue today however found evidence of moisture in Deli UI. Advised customer best course of action is to leave deli board unplugged and monitor the problem. All door switches check OK in diagnostics and all other components are functioning properly. Customer will monitor and advise.
