"Found unit going out of balance due to worn suspension rods. Also checked underneath and found Gearcase has leaked all its oil out and saturated all drive components. Unit is not economical to repair. Customer to replace.

got back to this unit and was able to change out all parts that were ordered. Put the unit through diagnostics and then ran automatic tests then ran a portion of the quick cycle to try to get some normal cycle started. Unit did not misbehave during any of

Replaced icemaker assembly. Verified proper harvest on new icemaker. All operations test OK at this time.

Removed and replaced cooktop assy. Used cooktop cleaner from truck stock to clean new cooktop as it had some blemishes. Everything came clean and all operations test OK at this time.

"Found heater open and found that another company had disconnected the high limit on the heater housing so it wouldnt open due to a vent restriction. Replaced heater assy from truck stock, installed high limit properly and all checks OK at this time. Also advised customer he does have an intermittent power problem on the house supply, randomly the supply voltage will drop to 120VAC and shut the unit off. Mr to contact an electrician.
