"Sold customer new interior halogen bulbs for oven. Customer also reported lower oven not heating sufficiently. Confirmed failure and found multiple faults stored for communication loss between UIM and Relay Control Module. Would need to replace both controls together as a set. We have performed a +20 degree offset to attempt to improve performance out of lower oven for now. Mrs will monitor and advise if she would like parts ordered."

Adjusted cube size control up slightly. If customer calls back need to replace cube size control. Customer to advise.

"WPL CASE# 21994378 / 3RD PARTY CASE# 21994674 - Found large insulation void in rear of unit causing rust and sweating through liner. Spoke with Whirlpool Techline and 3rd Party Service contract, unit has been deemed non-repairable. Extended warranty will contact customer with further instructions."

Installed new thermostat. Unit is on and cooling properly upon completion of service.

Removed and replaced filter drier again and evaporator assembly. Verified unit held a full vacuum for 20 minutes. Charged with 7.125oz R134A. Unit was on and cooling properly upon completion of service.
