"Unit rebuild completed utilizing all pre-ordered parts. Unit had been staged in the homes garage away from a water source and drain preventing water leak testing of the unit. Unit ran through diagnostic load testing, all components passed testing without fault and/or noise issues. All functional operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer will relocate, reconnect to power, water supply and drain. Customer will then monitor and advise should further repair service be required.

"Found the units condenser heavily matted blocking all airflow preventing proper dissipation of heat resulting in slow ice production with accelerated melting of ice produced. Additionally, found debris within the drain pump assembly pressure hose which if left as is would eventually result in drain failure and continued ice production failure. All matting cleared from the units condenser as well as debris from the pressure hose. All unit operations check good upon completion of repair. Customer instructed to monitor unit operations and advise should further service be required."
