"New main control kit installed and programmed under Code: 101, with aid of True T/L. All initial unit tests and operations to include restored condenser fan motor operation check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

"On arrival found the unit disconnected from power, tub clear of standing water. Power restored after which the units drain pump was energized indicating flood condition. Unit operation canceled at the UI control. No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Physical inspection conducted finding no visual component damages. Wire harness and all connections check good. Pressure hose secured at both the control and outer tub air dome. Drain hose properly installed no more than 4' inches into the homes standpipe. Obstructions (if any present) cleared from the unit pressure hose and air dome which may or may not have been a contributing factor to occurrence of flood condition as initially found. Confirmed proper operation of the unit pressure sensor, tripping F8-E3 (Overflow Condition) under manually applied air pressure, fault cleared prior to advancing. Unit ran through calibration cycle, diagnostic auto test and manual component load testing as well as complete Rinse, Drain & Spin cycle without fault and/or water leaks. Confirmed proper water fill level through normal cycle operation, picture attached for reference. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue use of the unit as instructed and advise should further service be required."

"Found a metal obstruction within the macerator body resulting in reported sound issue. Obstruction removed to correct. Unit operation to include sounds check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.

"Unit disconnected from power and at ambient temperature. Confirmed 120VAC properly polarized and grounded at the homes power supply outlet. Per the customer, after connecting to power of the unit will drop in temperature however, continues to trip the breaker after an average of 7 to 12 hours into operation. Based on customers description of failure issue appears likely related to the defrost heater circuit. Multimeter testing conducted confirming resistance between the units defrost heater element and neutral ground. Units control may or may not have been compromised as a result. Due to the unit age, condition and cost to repair the customer has opted not to advance with further repair service at this time. Customer to advise."

"New electronic control and updated heater element installed. Unit ran through complete diagnostic auto test and initial normal wash cycle without fault and/or water leaks.
