"Initiated back to back wash cycles confirming reoccurring F13 fault (Water Intake Sensor Error). Unit uninstalled and left side panel removed exposing the water intake manifold. No physical damage found, flow meter harness connection secure. Unit again initiated wash cycle. During initial water fill cycle the flow meter wheel did not appear to be rotating. Area of the flow meter sensor tapped after which rotation of the flow meter wheel had resumed rotation at speed without issue. Unit ran through multiple wash cycles from initial fill to wash pump motor activation without reoccurring fault. Reoccurring failure may have been due to plastic flash left from manufacturing and/or other obstruction impeding rotation of the flow meter wheel. Unit reassembled, installed and secured. Unit again initiated and allowed to continue operating through normal wash cycle. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required."

New RF infinite switch and cooktop burner installed restoring full function in settings low through high. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise.

"F8-E1 (Long Fill) recorded in history, cleared prior to testing. Confirmed proper water pressure from the home supply. No component damages found, all wire harness connections check good. New dual inlet water valve and dispenser draw assembly supplied by pre-ID installed to correct. Unit ran through full diagnostic auto test without fault and/or water leaks. All initial unit test and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required.

"Found the retention spring within the flipper mullion out of position hindering proper door function. Confirmed no physical damage, spring reinstalled and secured into the assembly restoring proper door function. Confirmed the flipper mullion now fully functional with positive hold in both the closed and open positions. All unit test and operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to advise."

"Upon initial inspection found the units ice maker flex tray in the home position, ice cube mold empty. Units ice maker water fill tube frozen stopping water flow to the ice maker resulting in ice production failure. All ice cleared from the ice maker water fill tube. Confirmed 120VAC supplied at the FC doors wire harness connection to the ice maker water fill tube heater. Ice maker water fill tube heater checks good at 6.5ohms. Unit ran through complete diagnostic testing finding and/or reporting no component failures. Unit completed both ice maker harvest cycle test and ice maker water fill test without fault and/or water leaks. All unit tests and operations check good upon completion of service.
