"Operational failure due to power drop through the units control. This unit is listed as Replacement Warranty Only, no component parts available for repair. Unable to conduct repair due to parts status. Customer advised, unit left disconnected from power for safety.

"Confirmed the units defrost heater circuit now fully functional. Unit temperatures check good, ice container filled to max level with solid and full sized cubes. New evaporator fan motor installed in place of noisey fan motor installed on prior service. All initial unit tests and operations to include sounds check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required. Prior installed evaporator fan motor marked and retained for part warranty return.

"Customer reports units agitator cap will release from the agitator and dispenser drawer will be found open by completion of nearly any cycle regardless of load type or size. No fault error codes recorded in unit history. New agitator and agitator cap installed and unit leveled to minimize vibration and out of balance load conditions to better help the dispenser drawer to remain in the closed position. Unit ran through complete diagnostic cycle test and high speed spin test without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required."

"No fault error codes recorded in unit history. Inspection conducted finding no visible component damages. Unit ran through calibration cycle, diagnostic load testing and initial Rinse, Drain & Spin cycle without fault and/or water leaks. Reported noise issue may or may not be due to installation and alignment of the agitator and agitator cam drive. Units agitator uninstalled and agitator cam drive repositioned ensuring proper installation and alignment. Agitator assembly reinstalled and secured. Customer to continue normal use of the unit, monitor and advise should further service be required.
