"On arrival found no UI illumination, tone and/or unit function. Found no voltage supplied due to a tripped GFCI (not dedicated circuit). GFCI outlet reset restoring both power to the unit and unit function. Testing conducted by use of the GE SmartHQ. Found five inactive faults recorded relating primarily to pressure system / over suds conditions & out of balance load conditions, picture of recorded faults attached, cleared prior to advancing. Suspension response test checks good. Unit ran through full diagnostic load testing including pressure system test finding and/or reporting no component / operational failures. Units operational failures may or may not be the result of intermittent component failure(s) not occurring through testing at time of service, over detergent usage resulting in over suds conditions, mixed load conditions leading to out of balance faults and/or combination there of. Customer instructed on Use & Care for optimal performance, wash results and prevention of user related issues. Should such issues continue the customer has been advised to call for return service to retrieve recent recorded fault if any and advance with solution to correct.

"New oven ACU installed. Power restored and unit programmed per model series. Unit ran through full diagnostic testing, oven heating cycle in normal bake to 350?F and one minute microwave heating cycle without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Original faulty ACU marked and retained for core return."

"New ACU, magnatron and inverter installed. Unit ran through operational testing now without fault. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to continue normal use of the unit and advise should further service be required. Parts installed on prior service marked and retained for part warranty return.

"Unit pulled, leveled with slight rearward lean and reinstalled ensuring optimal door swing and alignment. Confirmed proper door seal, no air gaps. Hinge side of door gasket lubricated to reduce friction and prolong functional use. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.

"New updated ice maker kit and inlet water valve installed. Upon restoring power the unit initiated cooling operations. Ice maker initiated and completed harvest cycle to include proper water fill without fault and/or water leaks. All unit operations check good upon completion of service. Customer to monitor and advise should further service be required.
