Upon arrival, removed dishwasher drain hose from disposal and found small debris buildup within the drain tube. Cleared restriction and tested. Unit is draining much better now. "Customer concerned that the unit will not complete a cycle. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, checked basket suspension and found suspension too bouncy. Checked error codes and got F0E3 and F0E5 for overload/off balance. Accessed motor compartment underneath the unit and found large amount of oil covering the motor and clutch components. Also found loose motor bolt. Oil is coming from the gearcase. In order to get unit back to complete working order, will need to change the suspension, gearcase, rotor, stator, clutch, and slider. Quoted customer to repair. Customer will be replacing the unit. Job complete.

"Customer concerned that the unit is making a loud noise. Confirmed issue. Upon arrival, inspected unit for defrost issues and found none. However, I found condensation/ice buildup on the outside of the freezer evaporator panel, indicating air intrusion at some point. Door seal looks good so I suspect that the freezer door may not have been shut all the way recently. Will need to remove all items from the freezer section to access the evaporator panel. Quoted customer to disassemble the freezer section and remove ice. Customer approved repair cost. Performed necessary repair on the unit and re-assembled. Ran through diagnostic tests and verified all are working. Job complete."
