"Upon arrival, found suction line heavily frosted. Also found freezer at 4 degrees. Running pressure on the low side is -9psi. Equalization is 0psi. Charged with 250 psi and had a 3psi drop after 30 minutes. Also found operational issue with the 3 way valve not opening to FC. Called tech support and discussed with them. Tech line has decided to deem this unit not repairable. File number 22176684. Job complete.

Overall, outstanding experience from communicating to me about the visit to the actual visit to the Follow Up. Outstanding experience now let me tell you about Dane First of all he was early, which is unheard of and he was so courteous and professional and he fixed the problem within 10-15 minutes. It was amazing. He was such a nice young gentleman and I appreciate your company hiring such an outstanding young man He’s outstanding thank you very much. My equipment is working 100% now thanks Dane.
