Found bad filter housing not allowing filter to seat properly removed and replace housing installed filter. Customer provided all operations test OK unit now dispenses water icemaker cycle and filled customer to advise.

Remove the replace pump cleared air ran cycle. Unit drains fine no such arrow reoccurring all thats OK. Customer to advise.
