The contacted right away. Set up the appointment though text. Was very smooth. Came out on time, diagnosis the problem in just a few minutes. Order the part, set another appointment though text, again on time. Installed the new part. Our dishwasher is back working again.

David represents your company well. The second repairman was also great. Anthony, however, is another story; we never want him back. In the future, please send David for any repairs & concerns that we may have.

This company was top notch! Dave came out to put the new part in my refrigerator but quickly realized there was something else wrong. He did not do the original assessment, but he stopped and did not put the $1300 part in. Instead he came back the next day with another piece of equipment to re-assess the problem. In the end it cost me the diagnoses fee only. He was well informed on the brand, what the problem was and explained every step as to why it was not repairable. So even though the outcome was not what I wanted, I will use this company for repairs on other appliances going forward.
