David, the, technician ,was great. He was thorough and patient ( I ask alot of questions questions) He also gave some wise advice. He couldn’t fix the dryer issue because the machine was too old and parts weren’t available. I appreciate his time and would definitely call Brandt’s again for any other appliance issues. Thank you

I believe that technician did all they to make refrigerator run properly. Unfortunately, the water condensation is still apparent in my freezer drawer and I don’t know what else you can do to repair it, but I think it needs to be spoken to whirlpool and see what they’re gonna take care of for me so that I don’t have this problem continually. Please advise if you are going to contact whirlpool or if I should contact whirlpool about the problem I have with water on the freezer door thank you thank you
