"powered washer on and tried starting a cycle lid locked and in about 2 minutes went to done and unlocked the lid , put old start cap. back on washer and it started working fine

Came within time given. Explained what problem was. Ordered part. Came back week later with part. Had to empty freezer and did so carefully. Careful about how they worked and put away everything taken out. Always polite and cheerful. We appreciate having such nice, as well as competent, technicians.
Office staff also helpful. We have always had very good service from Brandts.
