Joel was very thoughtful in his troubleshooting of our problem. He gave dedicated attention to the issue and resolved it. In case of leakage, he was prepared to protect our floors. He was polite and kind; a good serviceman representing Brandt’s.

We have used Brandt’s for about ten years, and have always had wonderful service. No matter who the technician was, they were knowledgeable and courteous. From the receptionists to the technicians, everyone was great.

Joel was fast, efficient and knowledgeable in the repair of our washing machine. This is the second time we have had this machine repaired by Brandt's and both times the techs were excellent. I also did the Whirlpool survey and can only hope that they take these repairs and surveys seriously and improve the quality of their machines so that they do require 2 repairs in the first 3 years of ownership.
