He is awesome

Joel came to our home to repair foggy microwave door and faulty bottom drawer of range. Both whirlpool products. Parts came in in a timely manner and Joel returned with coworker mike. Both were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Will always call Brandt's for appliance service. Customer Service reps Chantale and Jackie were professional and kind as well!!!

My whirlpool washer broke down. I contacted the manufacturer and they gave me the name of Brandt Appliance for the repairs. I called them. They scheduled me in as quickly as they could. Tech was able to come out and repair my washer replaced all the parts that was needed. It was very professional and appreciated their courtesy whenever you call the office. They were always really helpful and sensitive to your time constraints. I would definitely Use them again and recommend them to anyone needing appliance repairs. There was no cost associated with disrepair so I’m not sure about price.
