Cx complaint: ice/water on the floor beneath the crisper drawer. Tore the RC apart to expose the evaporator (see photo attached). Confirmed the drain pan was not warped or broken. Confirmed thermistor was in the proper location. Wrapped it in HVAC tape to confirm a tight connection to the suction line. Found drain frozen up. Used steamer to clear the clogged drain. Poured some water down to confirm its draining properly. Followed all steps in service pointer #W11092686 that align with this issue. Advised cx to call the office if issues persist.

Replaced the Sump&motor assembly. Tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed at this time.

"Cx complaint: ice clumping in the bin and moisture build up on the top portion of the FC gasketUpon arrival, ice bin was full and slightly clumped together. Advised cx this is normal due to the ice bin being passively cooled from the ice room. Confirmed ice room fan operations working properly. Confirmed icemaker is working properly. Found no error codes and it cycles and fills properly. Found freezer supplemental gaskets previously installed had lost its adhesiveness and come out of place. Installed new supplemental gaskets and raised the freezer door slightly. Cx wiped away the moisture before I arrived. Advised cx if issue persists to leave the moisture alone so it can be documented if we need to call techline about the issue. All operations check okay at this time.

Replaced water filter. Reset the filter alarm. Tested operations successfully. Unit operates as designed.

Replaced defective infinite switch. Tested operations and the burner still cuts off in under a minute. Cx opted not to repair. Will buy a new range.
