"Replaced the damaged bottom plate, back wheels, and the drain pan. Unit still dragging and scraping the customers floor. Called tech line and Spoke with Rich SR# 7740489127. Per tech line no other repairs recommended at this time. Cx needs to call the company he bought it from and request a replacement or refund.

"Cx complaint: ice dispensing all over the floor sporadically.Upon arrival found optimal ice production, ice bin full of ice. Tested ice dispensing operations successfully. Auger motor shuts off and ice door closes fine after calling for ice. I havent ran into this issue before, so I called tech line and spoke with Adrian SR #7740482359. Per tech line there was either a stuck contact at the separator assembly or at the main control. Before completing the full diagnosis, cx asked for a parts and labor quote for the repair of the main board or separator, and opted not to repair. Shut off the ice maker.

Replaced LED module kit per Service Pointer #: W11606409

"Cx complaint: water sitting in the tub after a cycle.Ran diagnostic cycle successfully with no issues and no error codes. Unit drains into the garbage disposal correctly with no issues.removed the drain pumped and ohmed it out, found it within normal operating range. According to the service manual there are drain pumps out there that check okay but still have issues, replaced the drain oump and replacement part shouldnt have any issues. Replaced the drain oump with a pre IDd drain pump. Tested operations successfully with no leaks. Unit operates as designed at this time.

Replaced defective fill tube heater. Confirmed operations in diagnostics. Advised cx to call the office if issues persist.
