"Replaced faulty compressor. Also changed the filter drier. Vacuumed system. Confirmed no leaks. Charged unit with 68g r600. Plugged the unit in. Compressor kicked on along with the fans. Condenser line started heating up. Freezer started cooling down. Unit operates as designed. Advised cx to wait until the morning to restock the fridge.

The first man who came out said we had a defective ice maker and back ordered it. When the ice maker came in, two more gentlemen came to install it. The "boss" said that the problem was the water line that fills it had frozen. He took the freezer apart, while training the other fella, defrosted the line, allowed me to clean the bottom and put it back together. It works and that team gets five stars. Yes, they were on time. Thanks!! We are customers for life, even after the warranty runs out.

The service representative was very punctual, very pleasant and did what they had to do to fix the refrigerator. They made a few adjustment and we were pleased. Nothing is freezing right now, still seem a little cold in the refrigerator. Service received was excellent.
