Mike, the technician was very helpful when he came to our home to look at our Maytag washer and dryer. He explained a lot of things about the codes that showed up for error codes on both appliances. He gave not only myself but my brother advice on what to do and what not to do when using our washer and dryer he was very helpful very thorough very kind and understanding to all of our questions And didn't rush to leave. He was there to help and to make sure the appliances were working well when he left and to make sure we understood what the error code meant and how to prevent them from coming on again thank you Brants Appliances and thank you so much Mike. I will definitely use you guys again
