Go back to this unit and checked over the unit. Customer relays that the adjusters are working properly swapped out the wash spray arm from the top and tested again. Unit unit unit unit is working properly no further issues found at this time.

Got back to this unit to hear from the customer that the cooling has returned and has not been intermittent since unplugging the LED board. Because this reinforces the issue we were having. Unplugged the unit swapped out the LED board for the new and plug the unit back in. Found that all the lights were working correctly. All fans appear to be working correctly and unit appears to be cooling.

"Go to this unit to find that it is producing ice just not very quickly. Found an approximate half of bin of ice the same way that was described from the last technician. This does have a very large household of people. It is unsure whether or not this ice is being used or not producing at this moment. Also found on arrival and inspecting that the ice looks slightly wet. Confirmed that the fan and the rear of the ice room is indeed working. And speaking with the customer drop the unit down to -2 in the freezer section to facilitate temperature to the icemaker. If this is the case, and they produce more ice after this change then we will know what our answer is. Unfortunately this is the only testing that I could see to do at this time since the icemaker did perform a harvest test in my presence also cycled the power on this unit to confirm that that is not an issue. If this does continue in my opinion we may want to come back with another icemaker and possibly call tech line to see any other advice."
