Found suspension rods worn again.. Took out basket and found a lot of corrosion on the gear case and on the threads of the basket... Took my wire brush and cleans gear case and replaced with new basket and suspension rods and adjusted unit a little at the front to try and balance the machine and tested unit and i and customer agree it is much better

Found ice maker not working properly and mullen to ice maker has wore out making ice stick and it had crack... Installed new ice maker and advised customer to moinitor ice production and if any issues to call us back within 30 days.

Found customer using hose not designed for this washing machine and could not sleeve properly over exit valve in the back... He wanted new hose that was sent with me so installed and put unit through testing and drained out then put unit into a deep water fill and drained it out and confirmed no leaks

Found lid had cracked and will not keep hinge in place...Priced out lid for customer and they declined further work

Apon arival i spoke with customer and found out a couple times the dishwasher has been leaking at the front and will not drain all the way... So i started a cycle til it filled and went to the sink and found and pointed to customer the water coming up through the garbage disposal which he has not noticed... So i used the method i like to use and took a bunch of ice and a little runnning water and was able to break free the clog ... Tested unit 3 times after fillling than draining and sink performed like it should with no back flow
