"Came to inspect unit and determine the nut screws that hold the compressor was lose. It tight enough therefore compressor was rattling and making loud noises. Repaired problem by reinstalling the nut screws tightly and securely. The compressor is now making its normal operational noises. Job complete.

Since cleaning of ice machine the one ice machine does not work. I’m told still my problem if a part needs to be replaced when it worked prior to you cleaning it.
